ShankMeister’s commitment to a registered user’s privacy is a priority.  This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the ShankMeister website. ShankMeister Privacy Policy will abide by the following guidelines:

1.      ShankMeister will never disclose a registered user’s personal information without the consent of the registered user.

4.      A registered user can access and correct their personal information at any time, and the following steps should be taken to accomplish this:

b.      Enter the appropriate Username and Password to access your account.

c.       If you have forgotten your Username and/or Password, follow the easy steps to receive an e-mail containing this privacy sensitive information.

d.      Once on the “My Account” page, click on “My Information.”

e.       Once you have arrived at the My Information page, make any changes you feel are neccessary. 

f.       Once changes are made, click the “Save Changes” button.

5.      If a registered user would prefer to make changes or updates to their “My Information” page, ShankMeister will take such changes in the following ways:

a.       E-mail changes to “help@ShankMeister.com

b.      Phone changes to 888-346-9976.

c.       Mail your changes to ShankMeister, 19509 Ventura Blvd. Tarzana, CA 91356. 

6.      ShankMeister will always take reasonable steps to verify a registered user’s identity before updating the registered user’s “My Information” page. 

7.      ShankMeister will use or not the information a registered user provides in the following way:

a.       To complete an order that a registered user has placed through the ShankMeister marketplace. If a debit or credit card was used to facilitate an order, ShankMeister will use that debit or credit card in the appropriate manner related to that specific transaction. Once that transaction is complete, ShankMeister will dispose of all credit card or debit numbers related to the transactions. ShankMeister does not store financial information nor does ShankMeister.

b.      ShankMeister will NEVER knowingly share a registered user’s information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete a transaction that the registered user initiates or agreed to partake in.

c.       ShankMeister will use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. 

d.      ShankMeister will use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

e.       ShankMeister never uses or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

On occasion we may make available to our users & visitors, downloadable software. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, ShankMeister has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
